It’s time to announce one of the most anticipated events of the year here at Locanda Solagna: the traditional Piedmontese Lunch, a day dedicated to authentic flavours, conviviality, and the gastronomic culture of one of the regions we love most to celebrate.
For this year’s edition, the experience is enriched by the presence of a Langhe winery that is winning over both enthusiasts and critics: Trediberri, our special guest with a selection of wines paired to the dishes.
An informal moment to enjoy while waiting for all guests to arrive.
We’ll make good use of the wait by sipping Langhe Rosé DOC 2025 and indulging in excellent spoonable Gorgonzola and Bra sausage.
A convivial beginning that immediately sets the right tone for the day.
We’ll open the table experience with a beautiful selection of traditional Piedmontese starters, served on a single plate or in the centre of the table:
Paired with Barbera d’Alba DOC 2025
First courses
We continue with two unmissable first courses:
Main course
To follow, as the main dish:
Beef roast with Nebbiolo, served from the carving trolley and sliced in the dining room
Side dish included
Paired with Langhe Nebbiolo DOC Magnum 2025
Desserts
Finally — eagerly awaited and absolutely delicious — this year’s dessert selection features the most traditional classics:

An essential and contemporary philosophy
Trediberri was born in La Morra, in the heart of the Langhe, with a clear idea: to produce wines that speak the language of the territory, without superstructures and without compromise.
It is a young, dynamic winery that has quickly won over enthusiasts thanks to:
Their philosophy aligns perfectly with that of Locanda Solagna: authenticity, territory, seasonality, care.
The encounter between traditional Piedmontese cuisine and Trediberri’s identity‑driven wines creates an experience that is not only gastronomic, but cultural.
Every year, Locanda Solagna dedicates its Piedmontese Lunch to a different journey through regional tradition.
After last year’s highly engaging edition focused on the specialties of Novara, this year we return to the beating heart of the Langhe, to La Morra.
The protagonist of this new chapter is Trediberri, a winery that interprets Barolo and Nebbiolo with a contemporary purity.
The result is a lunch that brings together memory, territory, and exploration: a ritual that evolves, surprises, and tells a different piece of Piedmont every year.
