Its skin is gently brushed with olive oil and kissed by flame until it crackles, resting atop a carrot cream as soft as a cloud, tinting the plate like a sunset.
Wild mountain oregano, hand-picked from rocky slopes, weaves its aroma into every bite, marrying sea and land in a dance of memory and longing.
