From November 1st to 3rd, 2025, Fiera Milano Rho hosted the 20th edition of Golosaria, the renowned event created by Paolo Massobrio and Marco Gatti that has been showcasing the evolution of Italian taste for over two decades.

This year’s theme, “The Taste of Contemporaneity,” guided the selection of restaurants, producers, and artisanal businesses capable of blending innovation with local roots, interpreting the present with authenticity and vision.

During the event, the Golosario Ristoranti 2026 guide was unveiled, awarding Locanda Solagna as a Venetian excellence, recognizing its role as a gastronomic and cultural stronghold in the heart of the Belluno Dolomites.
